Our Monster Double Sector Gear (DSG) Upgrade Package improves your blaster’s internal components for smoother operation, higher rate of fire (ROF), better FPS consistency, increased durability, and overall better performance. It ensures a more reliable and efficient blaster that can handle extended use with ease.

Upgrade Package Includes:

✔ Gearbox Housing – 7075 CNC billet aluminum RetroArms Split Gearbox housing for unmatched strength and durability. If you prefer other gearbox (LDT Expert or Aztech Scythe), please leave a note at checkout

✔ MOSFET System – A high-performance EShooter Optical MOSFET (default) or Leviathan Optical will be provided, ensuring optimal efficiency and response time. If you prefer Leviathan), please leave a note at checkout

✔ Premium Brushless Motor – Equipped with a cutting-edge brushless motor, including but not limited to the Solink Gen 5 Adjustable RPM Motor or the Warhead CNC Motor, delivering exceptional efficiency, power, and reliability.

✔ OPtac Hop-Up Barrel – Precision-engineered barrel with an integrated hop-up system, ensuring a straighter trajectory, improved accuracy, and consistent FPS.

✔ Cylinder Head & Nozzle – Upgraded SHS cylinder head and nozzle or equivalent, ensuring superior air seal and efficiency. Optional Aztech Tappetless Apache Cylinder Head for enhanced performance, If you prefer Aztech, please leave a note at checkout.

✔ Stainless Steel Cylinder – High-strength stainless steel cylinder for improved air compression and durability.

✔ Piston & Piston Head – E&C Reinforced Piston and head, or equivalent, selected based on the required stress level and desired FPS/ROF performance.

✔ Gear Set – SHS DSG Gear Set or equivalent carbon steel gears, replacing weaker stock cast-metal gears that are prone to wear and stripping under stress. If you need other gear set, please leave a note at checkout

✔ Compression Spring – Choice of SHS M100, M110 (default), M120, M130, or equivalent, tailored for optimal FPS output. If you prefer other Springs, please leave a note at checkout.

✔ T-Piece– Stainless steel adjustable T-Piece

✔ Bushings & Bearings – Upgraded steel bushings or high-performance bearings for increased gearbox longevity and reduced friction.

Professional Installation & Tuning & Testing

✔ Loctite & Retaining Compounds – Critical components secured with industrial-grade adhesives to prevent loosening over time.

✔ Precision Gear Shimming – Ensures optimal gear meshing for smooth operation and increased gear lifespan.

✔ Pinion-to-Bevel Alignment – Fine-tuned motor-to-gear alignment to prevent excessive wear and ensure reliable operation.

✔ Gearbox Optimization – Compression components are tested and adjusted for peak air-seal efficiency.

✔ Pressure Testing – The blaster will fire 1,000 continuous shots in semi and full-auto within 1-2 minutes, followed by a full internal inspection to ensure all parts are performing properly.
