Ultra Plus Gel Blaster Rifles

The Ultra Plus — CyberTrigger’s top-tier gel blaster rifles from $999. Full metal receiver with brushless motor, Bluetooth MOSFET (app-controlled settings), and carbon steel gears. Maximum out-of-box performance — building this spec from an Ultra Line base would cost ~$580 in parts and 3.5 hours of custom labour.

For competitive players and collectors who want the best without the workshop time. Same ~330 FPS platform, but faster cycling, quieter operation, and premium durability. Ships QLD & SA, 18+.

What's Inside the Ultra Plus?

The Ultra Plus takes everything in our Ultra Line and adds three premium upgrades:

  • Brushless motor ($115 value) — no carbon brushes to wear out. Faster spin-up, quieter operation, more efficient power delivery. You'll notice crisper trigger response and smoother cycling vs a standard motor.
  • Bluetooth MOSFET ($125 value) — programmable via smartphone app. Adjust fire rate, burst count, active braking, and precocking settings. Full telemetry: battery voltage, temperature, shot count. Far more advanced than the standard ETU MOSFET in Ultra Line.
  • Carbon steel gears ($40 value) — the hardest gear material available. Where Ultra Line uses metal gears, Ultra Plus uses carbon steel for maximum durability under sustained 11.1V full-auto. These gears will outlast the rest of the blaster.

Total component cost: ~$280 in parts. Factory installation equivalent: 3.5 hours of custom labour (~$300). Building Ultra Plus spec from scratch = ~$580. Buying an Ultra Plus from $999 saves you the workshop time and comes with factory quality control.

Ultra Plus vs Ultra Line — Which Is Right for You?

Both are full metal, both fire at ~330 FPS. The decision depends on how you play:

Feature Ultra Line (from $689) Ultra Plus (from $999)
Motor Standard brushed Brushless
MOSFET ETU MOSFET Bluetooth MOSFET (app control)
Gears Metal gears Carbon steel gears
Air compression CNC 7075 CNC 7075 (same)
Custom upgrade discount 1hr labour free N/A (already maxed)
Best for Incremental upgraders Max performance now

Choose Ultra Line if you enjoy the process of customising over time. Choose Ultra Plus if you want everything installed, tested, and ready to play on day one.

Ultra Plus Gel Blasters — Common Questions

What does the Bluetooth MOSFET app do?

The Bluetooth MOSFET connects to a smartphone app that lets you adjust: fire rate (RPS), burst count (1/3/5 round), active braking sensitivity, precocking level, and low-voltage cutoff. It also shows real-time telemetry — battery voltage, motor temperature, and total shot count. Settings save to the MOSFET and persist between sessions.

Is the brushless motor quieter than standard?

Yes — brushless motors have no carbon brushes creating friction, which reduces motor noise and vibration. You'll hear less motor whine during cycling. The efficiency gain also means less heat buildup during extended full-auto use.

Can I upgrade an Ultra Line to Ultra Plus spec myself?

Technically yes — you'd need to buy the brushless motor ($115), Bluetooth MOSFET ($125), and carbon steel gears ($40), plus 3.5 hours of workshop labour (~$300). Total: ~$580. We recommend having our technicians do the installation to ensure correct shimming and motor alignment. Or just buy an Ultra Plus — better value and factory-tested.
