Ultra Line Gel Blaster Rifles

The Ultra Line — CyberTrigger’s performance tier. 31 models from $689, all featuring full metal (alloy) receivers, CNC 7075 air compression parts (piston head, cylinder head, nozzle), metal gears, and ETU MOSFET for instant trigger response. Same ~330 FPS and 30–40m range as all our rifles — the difference is build quality, trigger feel, and longevity under heavy use.

Ultra Line also gets a 1-hour labour discount on custom upgrades — making it the best base for custom builds. Available across M4/AR15, HK416, SIG MCX, HK417 and SR25. Want the absolute max? See Ultra Plus.

What Makes the Ultra Line Different?

Every Ultra Line MOSFET gel blaster comes with three internal upgrades that separate it from our Standard and Value tiers:

  • CNC 7075 air compression parts — the piston head, cylinder head, and nozzle are CNC-machined from 7075 aluminium (not cast). This provides a tighter air seal = more consistent FPS shot-to-shot. Critical for accuracy at range.
  • Metal gears — stronger than standard gears, built to handle sustained 11.1V full-auto without wear. If you play every weekend, metal gears last significantly longer.
  • ETU MOSFET — Electronic Trigger Unit for instant trigger response, active braking, and contact protection. The trigger feel on an Ultra Line is noticeably crisper than a non-MOSFET model.

The gearbox itself is still a standard metal gearbox — the CNC parts replace the air compression components inside it, not the gearbox shell. All 31 Ultra Line models fire at ~330 FPS with 30–40m range on 11.1V battery.

Ultra Line — Best Base for Custom Builds

Planning to customise? The Ultra Line is designed as the ideal upgrade platform:

  • 1-hour labour discount — because the gearbox already has CNC precision parts, our technicians skip the basic teardown/rebuild step. You save ~$65 on every custom job at our Gold Coast workshop.
  • Pre-built precision base — the air seal is already optimised with CNC 7075 parts. Custom upgrades build on top of this foundation rather than replacing it.
  • Common upgrade paths:
    • Brushless motor ($115) — for even faster trigger response and efficiency
    • Bluetooth MOSFET upgrade ($125) — programmable fire modes, app control
    • Carbon steel gears ($40) — the toughest option for 11.1V full-auto
    • Hop-up barrel — improved accuracy and range consistency

Note: fully upgrading an Ultra Line with all of the above approaches Ultra Plus spec — which comes factory-built with brushless motor, Bluetooth MOSFET, and carbon steel gears from $999.

Ultra Line Gel Blasters — Common Questions

Is the Ultra Line gearbox a CNC gearbox?

No — the gearbox shell is a standard full metal gearbox. The CNC 7075 parts are the air compression components inside it: piston head, cylinder head, and nozzle. These are precision-machined from 7075 aluminium for a tighter air seal and better consistency than standard cast parts.

Ultra Line vs Ultra Plus — which should I buy?

Ultra Line (from $689) is best if you plan to customise incrementally — start with CNC internals and add upgrades over time using the labour discount. Ultra Plus (from $999) is best if you want maximum performance out of the box — brushless motor, Bluetooth MOSFET, and carbon steel gears already installed. Building Ultra Plus spec from an Ultra Line costs ~$580 in parts and labour, so Ultra Plus is better value if you want everything immediately.

What platforms are available in Ultra Line?

31 models across all major platforms: M4/AR15 (MK18, URGI, XM177, DDM4 and more), HK416 (416D, A5, M27 IAR, MK15, Geissele), SIG MCX (Virtus, Rattler, Spear LT), HK417, and SR25/AR10 (M110).

Does Ultra Line use steel gears or metal gears?

Ultra Line uses metal gears — not carbon steel. Carbon steel gears are exclusive to our Ultra Plus tier. Metal gears in the Ultra Line are a significant upgrade over standard gears and handle sustained 11.1V use well.
