Terms & Buyer Responsibilities

Queensland Stop and Think Policy

You acknowledge and commit to Queensland's Stop and Think Policy, which requires responsible use, storage, and transport of gel blasters to prevent misuse and protect public safety.

Buyer Responsibility

Buyers assume full responsibility for all liabilities, damages, injuries, any modifications made to products, and compliance with local laws and regulations in their area.

Age Requirement

You confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. CyberTrigger will not sell, ship, or release gel blaster products to anyone under 18.

Product Purpose

All products sold on CyberTrigger.com.au are intended solely for gel blaster sport activities and recreational use — not for any other application.

Legal Compliance

All sale transactions are completed under the laws and regulations of Queensland, Australia. Buyers are responsible for ensuring their ownership and usage complies with their own local laws.

Shipping

All shipping is conducted via buyer-selected and paid carriers within Queensland. Full shipping terms are listed on our Delivery & Warranty page.

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute related to CyberTrigger's services or products is governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of Queensland courts.

No Liability

You agree not to hold CyberTrigger, its owners, affiliates, or employees liable for any legal actions, damages, penalties, claims, or other obligations arising from the ownership or use of gel blaster replicas.

Injury Disclaimer

CyberTrigger is not responsible for injuries or damages caused by improper use, user negligence, reckless behaviour, lack of supervision, or willful disregard for safety protocols.

Modifications & Non-Original Parts

Any modification made to a product by the buyer, or use of non-original or unapproved parts, voids the CyberTrigger warranty and shifts liability entirely to the buyer.
