CyberTrigger offers free standard shipping on all gel blaster orders over $99 within Queensland. Choose from Standard Post (2–5 business days), Express Post (1–3 business days), or pick up in person from our Gold Coast showroom in Arundel. Every product ships with a 7-day return window and 60-day warranty against manufacturing defects.

All orders are shipped via Australia Post with tracking. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order is dispatched.

Return & Refund Conditions
Under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), you have rights when products are faulty or not as described. CyberTrigger's 7-day return and 60-day warranty policies sit within this framework. Beyond our warranty period, the ACL consumer guarantees may still apply for major faults — contact us if you believe your product has a genuine defect.
- Manufacturing defects — Refund or replacement available for products with genuine manufacturing faults or major failures.
- Faulty under warranty — Defective products within the 60-day warranty period will be repaired or replaced at no cost to you.
- Condition requirement — Items returned for change of mind must be unused, in new condition, with all original packaging and proof of purchase.
- Return shipping — Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Refund processing — Refunds are issued to your original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected by our team.
- Final decision — CyberTrigger reserves the right to make the final decision on all return and warranty requests. We may choose to repair an item rather than issue a refund.
Warranty Exclusions
The 60-day warranty does not cover the following:
- Misuse or negligence — Damage from accidents, improper use, mishandling, or any unauthorised modifications.
- Normal wear and tear — Cosmetic imperfections, scratches, or other damage caused by regular use over time.
- Non-original parts — Using parts, accessories, or modifications not supplied or approved by CyberTrigger will void the warranty.
- Abuse or alteration — Products that have been deliberately abused, altered, or damaged are not covered.
Frequently Asked Questions
Yes. Standard shipping is free on all orders over $99 within Queensland. Orders under $99 ship via Australia Post from $14.95.
Gel blasters ship to Queensland (QLD) and South Australia (SA) only. SA deliveries must go to a licensed firearms dealer's address. Non-restricted accessories and parts ship Australia-wide.
Standard Post takes 2–5 business days. Express Post takes 1–3 business days. Local pickup from our Gold Coast showroom is available same day during business hours (Mon–Fri 10:00–17:00, Sat 10:00–14:00).
Check your email for the Australia Post tracking number we sent when your order was dispatched. If the tracking shows no updates or your parcel is overdue, email us at [email protected] with your order number and we'll investigate.
No. Deliveries are handled by Australia Post, which does not operate on public holidays. Orders placed before a holiday period may take longer to arrive — we recommend choosing Express Post if you need faster delivery.
The 7-day return window is for unused items you want to return or exchange for any reason (change of mind). The 60-day warranty covers manufacturing defects found during normal use — faulty products will be repaired or replaced at no cost.
