Our Lowest Price Match Guarantee applies to a wide range of products across our catalogue. The guarantee covers both single-item and multi-item purchases, as long as the comparison is like-for-like in brand, model, and specifications.
Terms & Conditions
To keep the guarantee fair for everyone, a few conditions apply:
- At time of purchase only — The price match must be requested before or during your purchase. It does not apply after the transaction is completed.
- Proof required — You'll need to provide a current competitor advertisement, live website listing, or validated written quote showing the lower price.
- Like-for-like only — The competing product must be identical or directly comparable in brand, model, and specifications. Different configurations or specs don't qualify.
- Legitimate retailers only — The competitor must be an established Australian retailer with a physical store. Online-only sellers, marketplace vendors (eBay, Amazon third-party, etc.), overseas retailers, and private sellers do not qualify.
- In-stock items only — The item must be currently in stock and available for purchase. Out-of-stock, clearance, or limited-availability items are excluded.
- Private buyers only — This guarantee is for individual customers, not resellers or trade accounts.
- Excludes finance purchases — Orders placed using third-party finance or buy-now-pay-later services are not eligible.
- Excludes other services — The guarantee covers product pricing only. Custom upgrades, workshop services, and installation are not included.
